2012 - 2013 JAX CHEER SQUAD
NEW MEMBERS NAMED
Tryouts for the 2012 - 2013 Jax Cheer Squad were held Sunday, April 15th, and Wednesday, April 18th, and announcements have been made regarding those making the squad. Coaches Daniel Allen and Audra Wright are pleased to announce that the following young ladies have made the squad: Abby Chandler, Jordan Cooper, Mackenzie Ellis, Katy Gorden, Nicole Huggins, Molly Johnson, Molly Kale, Micah Long, Lauren Osburn, Taylor Romine, Abby Smith, CJ Stigall, Hannah Taylor, Lauren Travis, Kait Womack and Darian Wright. Anna Wyatt has been designated an alternate, due to injury.
Coach Daniel has also announced that Courtney Ellis and Terra Johnson have been designated co-captains of the squad.
This will be the second year for the Jax Cheer Squad, which was first formed last summer and competed in three competitions, in addition to the squad winning the Jamfest National Championship competition held in Hot Springs. The squad competed as a Level Three Squad during the 2011-2012 year and will compete this next year as Level Three - Level Four Squad.
Every one is excited about working out as a new squad and learning new skills and routines. We are so very proud of the progress the squad made this past year and we look forward to even more successes in this next competitive year.
