RECITAL INFORMATION - 2010
The Dance recital has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 12th, 2010. Please mark this on your calendar. More information to follow soon.
With the recital date just around the corner, we must begin preparing for the
big show. Costumes and music have been chosen and we need to get the
dancers sized so the costumes can be ordered. We will do measurements on
Feb. 19th, between the hours of 10 am and 9 pm. A deposit must be made
when measurements are taken. All orders are final - no refunds or returns.
Please do not make payment before measurement day in order that we can
keep bookkeeping straight. No charges will be entered until that day.
PICTURES, VIDEOS, FLOWERS
Professional class and individual recital pictures will be taken on June 7th & 8th, 2010 here at the gym. A specific class-time picture schedule will be passed out closer to the picture date with order forms. We enjoy being able to hang the class pictures on the walls of the studio, so please attend your group's pictures even if you don’t intend to order.
A professional videographer will be recording the recital. You will be able to purchase videos at the recital. We ask that all personal videos be taken during the dress rehearsal, not during the recital.
Flower order forms will be available during measurement day. It is customary to present your dancer with flowers at the end of their performance. However, it is not mandatory. You may purchase your flowers from us or your favorite florist.
