        Georgia Ruth Ghormley is better known in our gym as Sissy.

Sissy started taking gymnastics at eight years old.       

She started competition when she was nine as a Level Five and competed Level Five for one year.

She moved to Level Six and broke her foot that summer and repeated Level Six as an eleven-year old and finished Second that year at State Championship. 

Sissy then moved to Jax Gym after that State Championship and began competing Level Seven as a twelve-year-old. 

She competed Level Seven at age thirteen and fourteen.  She won State Championship Level Seven for her age bracket last year in the 2006-2007 season.

Sissy moved to Level Eight this summer, in spite of being in a cast the majority of the summer for an ankle injury.  She is a hard worker and never gives up. 

Sissy does very well in her home schooling.  Her family is also very active in car racing and they spend many hours at the tracks.  Sissy has also gone to the Bart Connor Gymnastics Camp many times.
